Ah, there is nothing like the early days of spring. A little chill in the air, yet the bright rays of the sun draws us outside. The past months of cold and snow have given way to a promise of warmth and growth. It's time now to get out the rakes to clean up the debris left from the harsh winds of winter. The trees are showing a little sign of life, the grass still looks dead. The wind is blowing, helping to drive out the last effects of those cold days. Now the time has come to get out those kits. Flying a kit is great fun for young and old. Yesterday was no exception when Jessica’s Daddy pulled out her kit. Everyone’s eyes were fixed on the piece of plastic as it caught the wind and climbed into the sky with Jessica hanging onto the string that controlled its movement. Lillian was especially excited watching the kit fly.
Truly it was a day you didn’t want to end.
